Cancellation & Returns:
- Order once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time we recieve your order, but cannot be returned/opted for cancellation once delivered to your premises (regardless of the 24-hour timeline for cancellation).
- For Cash-On-Delivery orders, no cancellation charges will be applied.
- For all orders other than the orders placed via Cash-On-Delivery, a minor Cancellation charge will be levied. Cancellation charges vary from time to time and will be communicated to you by our team.

Warranty Terms:
- The product carries a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing/workmanship defects from the date of the purchase.
- In case of any defects/damages found, our executives will first visit your premises to have a thorough check up of the damaged product.
- The original product invoice must be presented for all warranty related queries.
- We provide replacement of the damaged parts only. We do not replace the whole product. In case of full product replacement, we will get in touch with you with all the necessary information.
- The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
What is not covered under this warranty?
- Normal wear and tear in due course of time.
- Impacts or accidents causing the furniture cuts, scratches and damages.
- Any damages due to the product being stored/used incorrectly. Example- Upholestered furniture tends to lighten up gradually if it is exposed to direct sunlight.
- Any cuts/scratches/stains due to the product being cleaned unprofessionaly using the wrong cleaning products such as hard acids.
- Damages due to useage of product beyond its intended use.
- Solid wood products undergo contractions and expansions due to seasonal climate variations. Therefore, solid wood products are not warranted for the same reason.
- Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.
Delivery:
- We offer FREE-OF-COST delivery within most parts of the city.
- Some locations might attract a minimal delivery charge which you can check by putting in your pin code in the delivery eligibility box.

Installation:
- No charges for Installation of products within Guwahati.
- Extra Charges for Installation of products outside Guwahati. Charges for the same will be communicated by our team to you once the order is placed with us.
- Keep furniture out of direct sunlight.
- Avoid placing furniture in front of or under windows.
- Place furniture away from heating and air conditioning vents.
- Blot up spills immediately.
- Use coasters, place mats and tablecloths to protect furniture during use.
- Lift and place items instead of sliding across furniture surfaces.
- Rotate accessories on your furniture periodically.
- Avoid prolonged use of plastic and rubber items on your furniture.
- Dust your furniture regularly.
